In 2013, a little wine shop and bar called Wine and the Country was established, showcasing the region’s and the World’s most sought after producers.
Owner Jen Latta started the business off the back of her husband Owen Latta’s family vineyard and winery Eastern Peake, with the aim to bring extraordinary wines, into a relaxed and cosy atmosphere, in the heart of Daylesford.
