1. The claim must be submitted via email to stay@discoverdaylesford.com. Claimants have to provide clear screenshots and website address of the competing website showing the competing accommodation, with the same accommodation name and booking date before a claim procedure begins. Claims without necessary documentation as specified above will be classified as invalid.
2. For the purpose of the Best Rate Guarantee, a Competing Website is defined as a website that is not Australian Getaways Group P/L hereinafter referred to as AGG official websites www.discoverdaylesford.com, www.theweekendescape.com.au.
3. The following conditions must apply in comparison between AGG Group website and the competing website:
   • Same Hotel/Accommodation Name,
   • Same Room Type (If Hotel/Motel),
   • Same Period of Stay,
   • Same Advance purchase requirements, prepayment and deposit requirements (if any),
   • Same Cancellation and Amendment Policies,
   • Rate displayed must be bookable at time of comparison with capacity to send instantaneous official confirmation messages to customers.
4. Both the original AGG Group online booking rate and the Competing Price must be without any other inclusions such as packages, transportation, other services, etc. The Best Rate Guarantee is not applicable if the price difference is due to, but not limited to, currency exchange rate fluctuations or rounding applied on the competing website.
5. Accommodation on the Competing Website must be publicly available, viewable and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification. AGG reserves the right to deny a claim, if it cannot verify the availability of a Competing Price at the time it processes the claim.
6. The Best Rate Guarantee offers to match the Competing Price for the length of stay and originally requested and excludes taxes, gratuities and any other fees/charges that may be incurred during the guest’s stay. Once confirmed, The Best Rate Guarantee reservation is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
7. AGG has the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including without limitation, determining that the Competing Price is genuinely available and that the claim meets all terms and conditions. In case of dispute, AGG’s decision is final.
8. The terms of our Best Rate Guarantee are subject to change at any time.
9. The terms and conditions of our Best Rate Guarantee are based on the final English-language version of said rulings and are subject to change or revocation at any time.
10. AGG Best Rate Guarantee is not Applicable for:
    • Any private, packaged or promotional rates available to the public.
    • Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, associations or other rates that are specifically agreed upon by AGG and a specified and limited group, and are not publicly available.
11. Rates that are not available to the general public, which include but are not limited to:
    • Group, Government, Long Stay or any other specially negotiated rates.
    • Any rates displayed on privately downloaded mobile or web apps.
    • Any rates available on opaque or auction websites.
    • Any rates requiring membership.
    • Any rate difference resulting from loyalty programs, private membership privilege, or rewards schemes.
    • Any organisations with exclusive rates intended for a specific group of individuals and are not meant for the general public.
    • Rates offered on last minute or late check-in portals, apps, websites.
    • Rates offered only through mobile platforms or mobile versions of online travel agent sites.
    • Special Online Travel Agents reward program rates
