Our group of eight stayed for three nights while attending a wedding at Lavandula Farm, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. A lovely place to spend the weekend together and a great base for the wedding. Would happily recommend!

We stayed at Phoenix this weekend as a group of 3 families. Included couples, kids and babies and it was absolutely perfect for us all!
This home is so incredibly well equipped & comfortable. Every bedroom is thoughtfully set up so everyone had their own comfortable space!
The kitchen was also very well equipped! It made it easy to cook & cater for our whole group. I would only recommend providing a couple of extra rolls of paper towel.

The location is a huge highlight! The sunshine, kangaroos & gorgeous views, made it feel like a real escape. The jacuzzi and sauna were incredible for warming up in the cooler weather. The house was spotlessly clean and it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into every detail.
The staff were also fantastic! Quick to communicate & very accommodating throughout our stay, especially with a late checkout.
We genuinely can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this stay for families or groups looking for a comfortable and well located Airbnb!

Our stay in Hepburn springs was beautiful. The homey feeling and endless entertainment options were amazing. With the cold and wet weather here, we had no issues with staying indoors and enjoying all of what this home had to offer, from relaxing in the jacuzzi to playing a few games of pool with some cozy music playing throughout the house. We would 100% come back to stay here again!! Best Airbnb experience so far!!

This was the nicest place I have ever stayed, the location was beautiful. We sat out in the deck most mornings watching the kangaroos hop by, the layout was perfect for groups, each room had its own bathroom which was lovely. Spent a lot of the time in the spa and sauna and we are already planning our next trip back to this beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful with plenty of space both inside and out, making it really comfortable and relaxing. It was equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay super easy and enjoyable. The location is peaceful and perfect for unwinding. Highly recommend!

The view from the balcony was beautiful, very relaxing watching the kangaroos from there. The hot tub was my favourite and the pool table made for some entertainment too. We left a nice pile of wood beside the fire pit for the next guests to enjoy.. we had such gorgeous weather!!

Beautiful place. We took our two boys and had a great time, including spotting kangaroos from the hot tub

10 out of 10 stay. The house is perfect, we all left feeling really relaxed. You could honestly just come and stay in the house the whole weekend, the jacuzzi and sauna were great first thing in the morning and then some pool/snooker in the evening. 15 minute walk from the nearest pubs and shops so very good location.

We had a getaway with some close friends and this house and the location ticked all the boxes.

This property was amazing for four couples. The house is beautiful with lovely views. The pool table, sauna, and spa were fantastic. Short walk into Hepburn. Loved it, and would go back in a heart beat.
June 2025
A lovely home with great amenities and a fantastic view. It would have been better if the 4th bedroom had access to a bathroom on the same floor rather than forcing those occupants to go downstairs in the night. However, this was a small thing and we still really enjoyed our stay.

We had an excellent stay at Phoenix Hepburn Springs! The property had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect, nestled in nature and offering a peaceful retreat, yet it’s close enough to local attractions and restaurants. The spa and sauna were a definite highlight, providing the ultimate relaxation after a day of exploring. The space was well-equipped, comfortable, and very inviting. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to unwind in a serene and beautiful setting!

This Property Ticks all boxes for a family getaway nestled in a peaceful area. Having 3 ensuite was great and they were modern also having the spa hot tub made the misses very happy while the kids played snooker, kitchen has lots of space with most amenities but missing a pantry, the couches I say the only thing that was not conferrable 🙁 and beds were all singles joined together making them doubles and were not so cozy otherwise property is great.

September 2024
This house is great for a large family gathering or a group weekend away. The spa and pool table were used each day on our trip as was the fire pit. A very relaxing cosy house. We wanted to stay longer.

June 2024
We had such an amazing weekend away in Hepburn. The accomodation was completely fitted out with everything we needed (probably the best stocked kitchen utensils, platters etc I have ever encountered). The amenities were great and meant that we just spent the whole weekend staying in not needing to leave the accomodation at all. Spa, sauna and pool table were such great additions, and when we needed help topping up spa levels, the staff on the helpline were so helpful and got us sorted. The value of the property was amazing when split between 8 friends all staying together, and we think we will be back again next year!
June 2024
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was really inviting, clean and spacious enough for our whole group. We would definitely come back again in the future.
April 2024
Great thanks to Natalie and Marguerite for organising our stay at Discover Daylesford place. We had a great weekend away. Property is in immaculate condition. Spa, sauna, pool table, out door fire pit, fenced off area for our little dogs was amazing.
House is extremely well looked after, everything is working and new. Beds were very comfortable and great sized.
Wonderful place for a gateway. We would love to come back in the near future.

The house was perfect for a girls weekend! Amazing set up, enough space to hang out around the house. Loved upstairs, it was very warm and welcoming. Great bedroom set ups with en-suites. Downstairs is great for chilling in spa and playing billiards. The scenery is spectacular, kangaroos every day. Such a positive experience!

We enjoyed our stay and the accommodation is as described. The spa worked great and it was comfortable for us (two families). December 2023
A lovely place to stay so peaceful and clean, the house was incredible with plenty to do.
We loved watching the kangaroos out the windows.
Great to play a game of pool and go in the spa.
Only thing I will mention is there should be more firewood supplied for the price we paid and a torch is required for when the power goes out.
Thankyou for having us.

October 2023
Three night stay for 4 Couples. Overall a good stay, the pool table, spa and sauna added value to the experience. The house was well equipped with heating which kept us cosy. Of the 4 bedrooms, only 3 have en suites. The guests in the fourth had to traverse down reasonably steep stairs to the spa/sauna bathroom. Doing this during the night wasn’t so pleasant.
Kitchen is well equipped, some bathrooms lacked bathmats, but this was a minor concern.

September 2023
Enjoyable stay in winter with the family. Was looking for warm relaxed spaces and the house having the different spaces worked well. The open fire was well used as was very cold, but we were still able to enjoy the location (Daylesford/Hepburn) on the Saturday. Happy to recommend the house to others.

The premises and surroundings were beautiful. Bedrooms and ensuite were amazing. Downstairs pool table and sauna were lovely. However, the spa was cold when we arrived and wasn’t fixed till Saturday afternoon, at which time made the spa unusable until late Saturday night. The main reason we selected the property was for the spa which unfortunately wasn’t used.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.
July 2023
A perfect home for a family winter break. Multiple living areas, in a warm, beautifully decorated house. Relaxing views across paddocks, with native birds and kangaroos meandering through the landscape. A little picture postcard of Central Victoria.

Phoenix is a wonderful location for a family holiday. The amenities are great with 3 ensuite bedrooms that are almost identical, so no one feels like they drew the short straw. All of the spaces in the house are well equipped and the pool table was a great added bonus for a Christmas competition!! The hosts at Discover Daylesford were super responsive and answered my messages immediately, even when they were dealing with a phone outage. They could not have done more to ensure we had a great stay and everything we needed. We can’t wait to visit again!

The Phoenix was a perfect home and location for a family stay in Daylesford / Hepburn Springs. It was like having our Spa downstairs with the hot tube and spa kids loved the pool table and everything else was top notch. The view was amazing, waking up to kangaroos and an amazing assortment of birds everyday. And finally we loved making a fire in the living room each night and in the fire pit out back.
