Here at Daylesford Cider we produce a range of craft ciders made using the 17 varieties of English-heritage listed cider apples we grow organically here on the farm just outside Daylesford. We produce quite an impressive range of ciders, from those more traditional in style that are ‘still’ and almost bone-dry, some that are made from just one variety of cider apple, to other styles that are fuller fruited on the palate and fully carbonated.
We have proudly picked up a number of medals across our entire range of ciders and look forward to sharing these with you soon at our English-style tavern cellar-door.
We are very much dog friendly to friendly dogs on leads, so when booking a table in the courtyard please just make a note that you are bringing your four-legged friend.
