We loved our ladies weekend away at beautiful cosy and well appointed Frazer House. The gardens are beautiful – lovely to sit out in the back courtyard and enjoy the peace and quiet. Flower scents and birds chirping. Inside – the house has everything you need to feel at home.

A very comfortable house for a group with lovely grounds — The house was very comfortable and well set up. Everything was very clean. The weather was much colder than we expected but the house was lovely and warm.

Frazer place is an amazing place for large groups and is spacious & very comfortable — The house was amazing and everything was provided- more than enough kitchen item – plates cups glasses and cutlery. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house comfortably fit 8 adults and 4 children.

We went as a group of 4 families comprising 10 heads and the property was so great that it accommodated all of us comfortably with its 5 lovely bedrooms.
The bathrooms and Toilets were pretty clean and good, smart gadgets were quite user-friendly, great backyard to chat and chill, and the bells and whistles in the sprawling kitchen were amazing, and the property as a whole was neat and well maintained.

The staff were so cooperative and accepted our request for an early check-in and the entire house was cool when we entered with the aircon switched on expecting our arrival!

Would strongly recommend if you would like to have a group of family or friends time out in a peaceful environment!

Comfortable and lovely house, ideal for a group of 8 or more adults. There’s plenty of space for everyone! We enjoyed the charming garden with a barbecue area, perfect for spending time together. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. Fresh flowers added a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

This is a very convenient house for large groups. The rooms and beds are a great size and the bathrooms are very nice. The gardens are lovely. The kitchen is really well appointed and has everything you need.

The house is smaller and much darker than it appears in the photos. Some areas were quite dusty. There was a strong mildew smell during our stay and it’s not well ventilated. Some rooms don’t have proper internal doors – one has a sliding door meant for an external door, which lets in a lot of light and comes easily off its tracks, and the bathroom has an old lino concertina door that is hard to use.

It’s a nice house, conveniently located, but needs a bit of love in some areas.

This is a comfortable place to stay and it is actually a live model of what the great AirB&B place should be! We have already planed to come and stay next time.

I must say that Frazer place was a perfect place for my big family who came to visit Melbourne and had never been at Daylesford before. We (10ppl) all enjoyed staying there. The house is so lovely with the old charm and at the same time very modern with with all the modern facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. Besides the basic like kettle and microwave, the kitchen has a coffee machine, air fryer, hot/ cold drinking water dispenser. Each bedroom is so spacious especially for my mum who is in Wheelchair. We gave her the one that has the biggest bathroom. There is also a massage chair in another bedroom, it’s very rare a house has it so I t’s a bonus that one. Mostly the bed linens , bathroom are clean. It was so freezing cold when we stayed at daylesford but each bedrooms and other area has split system heater/cooling where we all always feel warm and cozy.
Highly recommended and I definitely will come back again when I have another getaway with a big group to Daylesford.

It was such a warm and welcoming place, where every need seemed to have been considered in advance and met. It really felt like home, which made our stay so special.

Although 5 bedrooms the living area is too small for 10 people. The kitchen was poorly stocked with a mish mash of glasses, and the garden not well maintained. The outside bin was already half full so we had no space for rubbish. No vacuum cleaner to keep the house tidy.

A roof over our heads, beds to sleep and heating to warm… but expected more for our money. — House location was great, just a few minutes drive to the main street. Plenty of bathrooms, no waiting or sharing. Heating was also more than sufficient.

very comfortably fit our group of 9 adults. recommend for any similar groups. we were only out and about on the Saturday morning otherwise we stayed inside . nice outdoor area but it was cold and wet during our stay so we didn’t utilise it.
alot of technology throughout (we just didn’t need it).

Special — Great property for a group with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Clean, comfortable, attractive and great appliances. Located close to town whether you want to drive or up for a scenic but steep walk.

Very comfortable and everyone in our group had their own space and bathroom. Was quite a distance from the centre of town so we had to drive in each time. Host was really accommodating with flexible check out.

Just as described, in a great location and a beautiful country home! Nice amenities with the Alexa system throughout the house and provided charging stations for electronics (although not all worked). Reasonably clean (some stains here and there and a reasonable amount of small spiders and millipedes inside) and great to have so many bathrooms available.
Great heating system throughout the house, nice to have a TV in each room and secluded backyard is a good bonus! The house is located close to the Sunday markets and main town street (both a 5 min drive).
Overall, great stay but seemed quite expensive for a 3 night stay divided amongst 10 people.

Group of 8 all enjoyed ourselves and would have no hesitation in staying here again. — Amenties great, house was very comfortable and for a group of 8 a good size plenty of space for everyone and lovely outside area to sit in.

Beautiful inside and the garden, comfortable, with smart home features. — Very beautiful property. We stayed here for a wedding. We stayed with the whole family and my and my sisters’ partners. Everything was automated, down to the toilets. Kitchen was fully equiped even with pantry supplies. I think we made a very good choice booking this place.

We found the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms really good. — The location was good. The kitchen was good. The lounge was good. It was nice to each have a bedroom and ensuite. Great to arrive to music playing in the house.

Just a perfect home to enjoy with friends and family- the view of the lake is spectacular and we enjoyed a BBQ on the deck. Note that there are quite a few steps down to the main living area- not a problem for us but good to note. Loved all the furnishings and the comfy beds and eco friendly amenities.

The house was set up nicely. we had a good time. — nice house with a garden. three bathrooms are really convenient for 8 of us. The kitchen has everything we need.

Overall Frazer place was excellent for the four couples with each couple having their own bathroom.
It is very well fitted out with everything you could want.
Two big fridges was a great surprise and allowed plenty of space for Key supplies
Close to Farmers Arm, Beppe and Cliffey’s eateries and 5-7 min drive to centre of Daylesford makes it very easy to satisfy anyone’s needs.

Overall I would thoroughly recommend Frazer Place to anyone travelling in a large group

Such a lovely place for an extended family gathering. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, heating was on along with the SBS chilled music too. Great equipped kitchen and loads of room with beautifully styled decor and super comfy and homely surroundings.

Plenty of privacy for 4-5 couples with a shared comfortable living area.

Japanese toilets were a novelty, especially having a warm seat!

The massage chair was a fun and unexpected delight too.

Great location if energetic – easy walk to Cliffy’s but more strenuous given the hills to the main shops. Even so it was worth the effort to enjoy the many food and drinking options…loved the ambience/couches at Daylesford Brewing Company and the roast beef rolls at Pancho cafe.

Thanks for enabling our family of ten (including our beloved moodle) to relax and enjoy being together.

Magical place, filled with creature comforts that remind you of home. — This was a well designed and thought through house. Frazer place is a smart house, with devices in every room that connected to Alexia. Frazer place is spacious, comfortable, cozy and it felt like you were home. Heaters were on and soft music was playing on our arrival. There was ample of crockery and cutlery with a wonderful coffee machine as well. Toiletries were supplied as well. Will definitely be back.

Nice place, a little tight for 8-10 people but beautiful outdoor area. Glass doors on one of the bedrooms means very loud and bright at night while people are using kitchen/TV area. Never been in a house with an internal glass bedroom door before.

Frazer Place is a very comfortable and well equiped property. It is rare to find a 5 bedroom property with 3 ensuites and a further family bathroom. The property is an easy 30 minute walk into town or just over 5 minutes by car.
