Crofton Park is ideal for a family birthday, anniversary celebration, group getaway, small event, or elopement. Contemporary in design, the property offers multiple living spaces and break-out areas along with some breathtaking country views.

The sophisticated and expansive design of the home and surrounding land of Crofton Park is all yours to relax in and be captivated by. Guests will have frequent visits from local wildlife and plenty of space for picturesque walks.

Inside the home itself, visitors will enjoy floods of natural light filling every room through huge floor-to-ceiling windows which offer incredible views from every room. Soaring ceilings with skylights, large entertainment deckings with views of the valley, and multiple indoor and outdoor dining options make Crofton Park the ideal farm-stay holiday home with all the modern comforts of city living, but without the noise and chaos of busy urban life.

The well thought out design of Crofton Park positions the home high up in the side of a hill, providing shelter from the elements and an ideal viewing platform for the beautiful surrounding landscape. From the exquisite double-sided stone fireplace (made from pieces of stone collected by hand from the surrounding paddocks) which heats the main living space and enclosed outdoor dining area; to the large bedrooms, clean and sophisticated bathrooms, a fully equipped chefs kitchen, and separate rumpus area complete with pool table and table tennis table, Crofton Park offers so much more than an average vacation home.

Outside the large elevated decking provides stunning valley and mountain vistas and offers the ideal place to enjoy some of the region’s best sunsets with a glass of wine from one of the many local wineries the region has to offer, while the interconnected full-size Chefs kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a special dinner to be served at one of the multiple dining zones.

The accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms (one with ensuite and large walk-in wardrobe), 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, multiple entertainment zones, and 2 living rooms, all with reverse cycle heating/cooling and large windows to make the most of the surrounding landscape. An automated in-floor heating system and open fireplace, as well as air-conditioning throughout provided year-round comfort for guests no matter what the weather.

This means there are animals, open water sources (dams/creeks), and wire fencing around the property. We welcome families however children are to be supervised at all times whilst at the property and we have a strict no-pet policy due to the farm animals on the property.
