COVID Booking/Cancellation Policy
In these unprecedented times we know how important it is for you to book with confidence knowing you won’t be disadvantaged as a result of any COVID-19 restrictions. Let’s keep it simple! Our book with confidence commitment means you have the option to change your booking dates and property (subject to availability). Or even cancel it completely due to a COVID related federal or state government mandated lockdowns. Providing you have booked directly with Discover Daylesford.
Changing your booking
You can change the dates or property without incurring a change fee, although you will need to pay any difference in price.
Cancelling your booking
You can cancel your booking and we’ll give you a voucher to the same value for a future booking. Or we can refund 100% of the payment. Please allow us up to 10 business days if you opt for a refund.
How to change or cancel your booking
