Beautiful and cosy place to stay. We immediately felt at home and our dog loved the place with the big back yard. The place was as described and it felt so lovely and homely. Very clear instructions and great information was shared before check in. Really close to town and nice walks. Thank you so much for a wonderful getaway.

The place was spotless and beautifully clean, with a spacious, calming atmosphere. It was a lovely place to stay and very relaxing. The only minor faults were that there were no matches provided and the garden was a little overgrown. Overall, a lovely stay!

Glenville Belle is a beautiful, spacious property which was perfect for myself, my partner and our two couple friends. The drive way is long, which is great for multiple vehicles. It felt cosy for our winter stay but evidently would be great all year round, with a spacious out door area too. The amenities were spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable! It was great that there was a second, separate bathroom. The property was well stocked and there was plenty of the basic necessities. I would definitely recommend to others and stay again!

We had a great stay as a family of 5 with young children (and a dog). The house was super cosy and comfortable with a big backyard for us to enjoy. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms very clean. Plenty of extra blankets and towels. Only a few mins from Daylesford town centre – everything we needed was right on the doorstep. Great spot and cosy home!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was cosy, warm, and incredibly comfortable. It was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed to relax. The only slight disappointment was that we had rain for our entire stay, which meant the undercover outdoor deck became quite wet right up to the doors, so we weren’t able to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Aside from that, everything was lovely, and we would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Had the cottage feel whilst being modernised throughout the house. Had absolutely everything we needed and was in a quiet pocket so no noise pollution. The perfect relaxing weekend getaway!

We loved our stay at Grenville Belle. We have stayed here several times before and always have a lovely time. The house is comfortable and clean. It has an excellent outside area with BBQ for al fresco dining, as well as a great sized back garden. Discover Daylesford are a very responsive host and great to deal with. We look forward to staying there again.

The house was just as listed (which can often NOT be the case). Lovely interior where the owners have thought of everything! Very comfortable for 3 groups of people. Comfortable couches, great TV, lovely wood burning stove. Kitchen was excellent – just need to know how to light the gas stovetop. Bathroom – immaculate…beautiful bathtub and great to have 2 toilets. Back yard was just perfect, too!

Very comfortable home, felt right at home and very responsive host. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway. A suggestion is to be more specific in the instructions on the directions to the house because Grenville Street is accessible from a number of routes.

High recommend this accomodation. Such a beautiful and cosy cottage with a great backyard!
October 2025
The house is furnished well and was comfortable for our 6 guests + dogs. The fire was great over the cold and weekend. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare food in. Comfy beds. Unfortunately the shower head was faulty during our stay, which meant we couldn’t shower during our time there. The owner did respond to communication around this, but not until the next day (before we were about to check out). This was a shame as it did impact our stay. They did offer to extend our checkout and get a plumber, but that didn’t work for us aw we had to leave early. Aside from this, it was a pleasant stay.

We had a beautiful stay over the ANZAC weekend.
The home was clean and as described.
We enjoyed the cosy wood fire, and our doggos enjoyed the large backyard, while we enjoyed the outdoor area.
The attention to detail was clearly noted.
Close to all amenities.
A quick drive to Herbal Lore for some liqueur, and we relaxed, and had a great time!
We will definitely book here again.

During our stay, the oven wasn’t working properly. We informed Discover Daylesford and received a reply from them that someone would come to look at it the next day, but there was no follow up to this. As such, we have given four stars not five.

What an absolute stunning home. From the second we walked in all the stresses just melted away and we all felt so relaxed and calm.
This house has everything you could need and more, they really have thought of everything. And the welcome basket was the perfect little gift that you thought outside the square…..my only disappointment was that we didn’t stay longer. It was the most cleanest, cosiest, beautifully styled home I have stayed. Will definitely be back for another stay.
