Our studio suites provide an ideal base for exploring the beauty and bustle of Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. Each apartment varies slightly in shape and size but include a king-size bed for ultimate comfort, a cosy sofa to snuggle up on to read, and a smart TV for entertainment.
Enjoy the convenience of our well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a mini fridge, Expressi coffee pod machine, selection of teas, snack treats, toaster and crockery.
After a day of discovery and indulgence, unwind with a hot shower in your ensuite bathroom, stocked with luxury shampoo, conditioner, and body wash or step outside onto your private balcony to pause… breathe in the fresh country air and marvel at the tranquil lake scenery or grab some local wine and goodies and enjoy a peaceful lakeside picnic in our beautiful rose garden.

We don’t have parking available on-site. However, you’re welcome to park on the roadside spaces opposite Balconies Lakeside, these are on a first come basis.
