RedBeard Historic Bakery

Follow the laneway off High Street to the red bollards and you will find RedBeard, where sourdough is still baked in a restored 19th-century wood-fired Scotch oven. Everything is made on site, with local and organic ingredients where possible, and the counter carries pies, sausage rolls, pastries and cakes alongside the bread and good coffee. The bakery also runs workshops and oven tours, including during Trentham's Spudfest.
