Hanging Rock Winery
About
Established in 1983 just outside Newham, Hanging Rock Winery is one of the longer-standing names in the Macedon Ranges, with a long history of making Macedon sparkling. The cellar door pours a broad range, from the Brut Cuvée and Brut Rosé to Jim Jim pinot noir and chardonnay, Heathcote shiraz, riesling and a sangiovese rosé. Art in the Vines and a sculpture walk give you something to see between glasses, and the property also runs a Speckle Park beef stud. It makes an easy add-on to a visit to Hanging Rock itself.
