Paramoor Wines
About
Paramoor is a small farm winery on the slopes of Mount Macedon, sitting at about 550 metres with views of the mountain to the south. Will Fraser established it in 2005, and today the cellar door and events are run out of a barn converted from the old Clydesdale stables. Around a hectare of riesling, pinot noir and pinot gris grows on the home block, with fruit from Macedon Ranges and Heathcote growers rounding out a range that includes cabernet franc and shiraz. Geoff Plahn makes the wines. The cellar door opens on weekends and also by appointment.
