There were a few downsides though. The driveway was quite difficult to find initially and is fairly tight to get in and out of. The toilet area is also extremely small. Cleanliness could have been a little better in some areas, and there was a noticeable smell when we first entered the property.
That said, we still really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful, peaceful property with plenty going for it, and with a little more attention to the cleaning and presentation on arrival it would be an excellent stay.
It was extremely relaxing
Upon arriving the cleaner was so lovely and he taught us how to use all the lights and blinds it was such a private space

The highlight would definitely be the outdoor hot tub for sure
This place has everything if you wish to stay in but also super close to town for everything else you may need and worth the price we payed

Great facilities for relaxation. Comfortable bed and blockout blinds which ensured guilt free sleep in’s. Rest and rejuvenation was the aim of our stay and it was absolutely achieved. Thx again.

The hot tub was incredible and I’m still wishing I was back in it! The bed was so comfortable and the linen felt beautifully luxurious. If you’re after a great night’s sleep, this is definitely the place — the room gets so wonderfully dark that we slept until 9:30am, which never happens for us.
Can’t wait to come back again!

This place was perfect, moody, sensual and well appointed. Close to both Daylesford and Hepburn Springs, a fire place, hot tub and a giant bath (note that it does take some time to fill due to it’s size) plus the biggest shower we’ve ever seen.
Just book it – you won’t be disappointed if you want a sexual, sensual weekend away.
The house is a convenient distance from Daylesford and is tucked away from the street so its quiet of an evening. On top of all of that the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating regarding all my questions.
My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer and would definitely would book again if I went back.
The host went above and beyond with thoughtful details like tea light candles and an oil burner with a beautifully selected scent, which made the space feel warm, calming, and inviting. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless and well-appointed, and the location was ideal — private and tranquil, yet just a short drive to Daylesford’s shops, cafes and local attractions.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary. We’ll definitely be booking again — it’s become our new favourite spot for a regular getaway. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a romantic escape!

The driveway is steep and a little tricky to get in and out of but the unique little house itself was quiet, clean and comfortable. Might be better suited to one couple as the second bedroom is in a freestanding building located across the driveway and the main house is open plan with the main bedroom and shared bathroom/ steam room/ jacuzzi only separated by a curtain. The hot tub was really nice and the bush surrounds very relaxing. As its name suggests, Noir’s interior is dark, so be prepared for that and you’ll love it!
Although small, every room is well thought out, well appointed and the mood lighting is next level.
Can’t talk highly enough about this property and I definitely want to stay here again.

My stay at this holiday home was absolutely exceptional. The property exceeded all expectations, and even the photos don’t do it justice. It’s a wonderfully secluded spot, offering the perfect private retreat. The amenities were a real bonus—once you get the hang of everything, it’s smooth sailing! The hot tub was amazing, especially on cold mornings, and the spa was a perfect way to wind down at night. The spacious shower felt like a dream, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless, contributing to an overall fantastic experience.
The only small consideration (and it’s hardly a fault) is the steep hill leading in and out of the property. But honestly, it didn’t detract from the amazing experience at all.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!
