We are fortunate enough to be the first family to stay in the brand new villa. From the time when I made the booking, and when I had to ask for a change of staying time, both Ant and Sam were very accommodating. They answered our requests promptly and were always very helpful. When we arrived at the villa, our host Tod was already there welcoming us. Tod brought some local goodies for us to taste and drink. As soon as we walked into the rooms, we were greeted with the locally sourced fresh roses with a nice fragrance. The villa has two bedrooms upstairs each coming with its own en-suite. Downstairs there is a lounge, meal area and a full functioning kitchen. The location is right in the town, close to all shops. Tod and Adele own the Dele Foodstore where we can get some nice ready made meals. Trentham is a beautiful, idyllic country town filled with characters and gorgeous gardens and its tranquility is a drawcard for us. We loved wandering its shady tree-lined streets, walking around its lake or going to see the Victoria’s highest single-drop Trentham Falls. Because of its location, It also allows us to do quite a few day trips to other towns such as Bendigo, Ballarat and Daylesford. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would love to go back if we have more opportunities.
