Dele is a Daylesford-based caterer with a passion and commitment for local and ethically sourced produce. Catering events both big and small, with tailored menus that are approachable and honest, using the best quality seasonal ingredients available. Dele is run by experienced chef Adele Stevens, who has been passionately working with food for 20 years. Adele’s experience includes working as a sous chef at a Michelin starred restaurant in London, being chef in charge for large events with The Big Group in Melbourne, to studying sustainable food production as part of a Permaculture Design Certificate.
